Kollen på Verket consists of 104 senior apartments spread across five buildings. The project features large common areas, including a communal fireplace lounge, two guest apartments, and a fitness room. The gross floor area is 16,473 square meters. Groundwork is scheduled to begin in June, and the project is slated for completion during the first quarter of 2020.
