Phase 1 consists of 122 apartments located in Vollebekk, Oslo, with a gross floor area of 15,081 square meters. Demolition work began in January 2018, and Phase 1 is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2020. In total, the project will consist of 212 apartments spread across two construction phases. The project features an underground parking garage and water-based floor heating. The facades consist primarily of brick and wood.
